I’m Monika and I’m your real estate and home styling guru.

The GOAL

My goal for you is comfort. Taking the overwhelm out of the real estate and design processes and replacing it with sophistication and ease.

The process is as important as the product. When the process feels aligned, so will the product.

The duality of real estate and design allows me to guide you in the direction you desire. As an avid “listener”, I listen to what you say and everything you don’t say. I’ll read between your lines and find you exactly what you’re looking for, even if you didn’t know you were looking for it.

If I were a home, I’d be a CASTLE.

Specifically, a modern-day castle. I’m a bold, shoot-for-the-stars kinda girl. I want the best of the best for my customers. You deserve to be pampered by your homes; to have moments of opulence and feelings of pride. I’ve always had an eye for bespoke architecture and a love for luxury. Luxury comes in all shapes and sizes and is defined by the individual.

I’m drawn to luxury and finessed details. There’s a romance in how I approach both real estate and interior design. Seeing the beauty in every room and discovering new things to extract elegance from are just a couple reasons I love what I do. I love solving problems, pivoting in times of struggle, and helping people find and create the property that speaks to them.
